Make a difference in your career: Consider joining the federal Judiciary. We seek individuals with an interest in the important work of ensuring equal justice under law. Opportunities wait in many locations across the United States for people with a variety of skills.

Your Employee Rights and How to Report Wrongful Conduct

The Federal Judiciary Model Equal Employment Opportunity Plan (Model EEO Plan) and the Model Employment Dispute Resolution Plan (Model EDR Plan) was adopted by the Judicial Conference in order to provide rights and protections to employees of the United States Courts. Equal employment opportunity is provided to all persons regardless of their race, sex, color, national origin, religion, age (at least 40 years of age at the time of the alleged discrimination), or disability.
