REVISION OF LOCAL RULES

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, after consideration of the recommendations of the Local Rules Committee, has completely revised its Local Rules. Notice is hereby given pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 83, and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 57 that the Court is accepting public comment on the proposed general revision.

The Court will accept public comment through November 30, 2009. Comments should be sent to the Clerk of Court at the East St. Louis address.
