Guilty Pleas

Change of plea hearings are handled by the Magistrate Judge. In odd-numbered cases, the parties shall contact Magistrate Judge Proud; in even-numbered cases, the parties shall contact Magistrate Judge Wilkerson.

The sentence will be decided and imposed within Judge Murphy’s discretion after receipt of the probation officer’s Presentence Investigation Report and any objections thereto.
