Stipulations
Judge Stiehl strongly encourages the parties to consider the use
of stipulations to save valuable judicial time and resources.
Stipulations may be read to the jury once approved by the Court.
2.
Media Equipment
The Courtroom
media system previously detailed is an ExhibitOne system.
3.
Experts
Any issues
concerning the qualifications of an expert shall be brought
to the Court's attention before trial. If a Daubert hearing
is necessary, the Court will schedule one before trial.
4.
Transcripts
Requests
for transcripts are to be made on AO Form 35. A copy of the
form may be obtained from the Court Reporter. If a transcript
is required for appeal, the Seventh Circuit Transcript Information
Sheet shall be completed by the requesting party.
If daily
transcripts are sought, arrangements must be made prior
to trial. The Court does not permit private court reporters
to be present during Court proceedings.
