The Benton and East St. Louis Courthouses in the Southern District of Illinois will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. Remote or virtual hearings will take place as scheduled, unless the parties are notified by the presiding judge of schedule changes.

Changes to any scheduled court proceedings will be determined and communicated by the presiding judge.
