Your Employee Rights and How to Report Wrongful Conduct
The Model Employment Dispute Resolution Plan (Model EDR Plan) was adopted by the Judicial Conference in order to provide rights and protections to employees of the United States Courts. Equal employment opportunity is provided to all persons regardless of their race, sex, color, national origin, religion, age (at least 40 years of age at the time of the alleged discrimination), or disability.
