• Deleted Rules: 33.1, Interrogatories; 54.3, Continuances; and 55.1, Default Judgment; and,
• New Rules: 7.1-1, Disclosure Statements; 8.2, Responding to Certain Pleadings Filed by Prisoners; 45.1, Issuance of Subpoenas to a Pro Se Party in Civil Cases; 56.1, Summary Judgment; and Cr17.1, Issuance of Defense Subpoenas in a Criminal Case
