You may contact the Finance Department to discuss payment options. However, the monthly payment amount required during supervised release is set by the Court. Any changes to the required payment amount must be approved by the Court.

How can I change my payment due date?

Due-date change requests are reviewed individually. Please contact the Finance Department to initiate the process.

How can I change the monthly amount I am required to pay?

Monthly payment amounts during supervised release are set by the Court. If you believe a change is needed, contact your probation officer. While probation officers cannot change payment amounts themselves, they may petition the Court on your behalf to request a modification.

I missed a payment or made a late payment—will you notify my probation officer?

If you miss or expect to miss a payment, you should contact your probation officer as soon as possible. The Finance Department maintains payment records, but payment modifications or issues related to supervised release conditions must be addressed through the Court, typically with assistance from your probation officer.
